Holder doesn’t have any broken federal laws to throw at Mr. Wilson. This is because, since the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect citizens from police brutality, Mr. Holder doesn’t have the constitutional standing to go after Mr. Wilson.

Judge Napolitano said today on Fox that Holder can get an indictment.
But most believe that it would not stand up in a court trial, but would appease the base anyway.
