Goodness that is big. Why is it blue?
It's false color. It looks white (with a bluish tint) to the human eye, like a stroke of lightning or welding arc.

As you heat things up, they change colors. Even here on Earth, e.g., as you heat something up, first it is “red hot,” then “white hot,” then “blue hot,” etc. Very large stars burn through their hydrogen fuel at mind numbing rates, and thus are very, very hot.

Why is it blue?Stars with surface temperature cooler than the sun are reddish, stars with surface temperature warmer than the sun are blueish.

It’s burning at the highest temperatures stars burn at.
If you took any chemistry, you would have seen the same effect as the Bunsen burner.
