My town is the smallest little white bread community in Massachusetts.

I have a chief of police who will only issue restricted LTCs. He will make you drop a couple hundred dollars on an ADDITIONAL class beyond the one required by the state to get a CC permit.

And the requirements are not posted anywhere. And when you ask, you are treated like a gun nut. And if you are request the requirements in writing, you will never get the license.

AND, if you carry openly (which is allowed in MA) you will be stopped the second you step out in public.

How can your local petty tyrant, chief of police, require anything beyond the state requirements?

Have your lawyer go down and ask for the requirements in writing.I the chief still refuses, hit him with a writ of mandamus. If he still refuses,a judge could put him in his own jail for awhile.

You have free will, and yet you choose to live in a liberal pukehole... no sympathy from me.

My rural Texas police are NOTHING like you describe.
