Unrefined coconut oil ...butter, grass Fed if you can buy it...olives...avocados...raw nuts especially pecans or almonds or walnuts...olive oil...(not for cooking)
I got a good belly laugh...’nuff said ;)!
Some time later i realized that it was a great conversation starter and was ice breaker. While out on a date I would posit the question, listen to the answers while offering some information in return. Obviously, I wouldn’t give my date the “execution bit” but I found it a useful tool in determining the character of any potential suitor and whether this person was on a similar wavelength with myself that cut through the awkward moments

It is a good conversation-starter and out of the ordinary. Much better than : What’s your sign? or all those queries in the 80’s job intervies about what I would do with my dead beloved aunt’s pet elephant.
In no particular order: Quit watching TV, Clean up my diet (no sugar or junk food), Read through my Bible every 3 months, Early to bed, early to rise each day, reduce debt significantly, work my rear end off, and last but not least, get back home to Tennessee where I belong!
