These rogue bastards need to be an example of. Thry need to be fired, prosecuted, and sent to jail for a very long time, along with whoever might have tried to cover for them.
They aren’t cops - they are fiends.
Unfortunately they won't be.

Even if the victim sues them it will be the taxpayers who will foot the bill. And those cops will be just as eager to do this again to someone else.
