I suspect the son of a friend of mine had that game played on him. 3 months before heading to Marine boot camp, he announced that he was engaged. I sent him a long and very blunt letter advising him to defer getting married at least till after bot camp. He ignored all the wise counsel he received. She told him she was pregnant and had a ‘miscarriage” two weeks after they got married.
He’s still in boot camp so we’ll see how it works out.
The sale itself is not illegal, it is the potential for extortion and fraudulent negotiations that would be criminal.

Seriously. Any itch-bay that would trick a man with a fake positive pregnancy kit would also be likely to lie if the baby wasn’t his, but he was a better prospect as a baby daddy.

I’m thinking they could they just fake their way through a miscarriage after they faked their way through a positive pregnancy test.

This story posted the same day an article about porn being responsible for lack of marriage. HA. Anyone wondering why men are shying away from marriage just look at this disgusting deception. I was dating a woman once who swore she, like me, never wanted kids. Baby rabies kicked in and suddenly there were holes in condoms. I got out of there as fast as I possibly could. So many women see men as someone to cast for a role in their lives. It doesn’t matter who he is as long as he can father a child and be the husband and she’s gonna do whatever it takes.
Lesson:
Don’t sleep with someone you don’t know well and don’t trust.
Anytime you sleep with someone, assume that pregnancy might occur.
Use birth control.
If she shows you a positive pregnancy test, go to the store, buy a new one, and insist she use it.
And/or insist on a paternity test.

Interesting. The military doctors don’t administer pregnancy tests, or perform physical exams of women who say they’re pregnant? I’m surprised that a positive store-bought test would be considered sufficient to get out of duty.
URINE from pregnant women was the commodity.
