He was a blast to watch at A&M. Thats the kind of football (unpredictable plays) that i would prefer to see in NFL.

More exciting than seeing Peyton throw those interceptions last night.

Why wouldn’t someone like a Manziel want to study under Brady or Manning for a few years?

The most over-hyped player in recent times (Michael Sam excepted)

"He didn’t reach Ryan Leaf level of suck. That’s about the best that can be said, though."

You ain't kidding.
I attended the only game San Diego won that year (against the Chiefs, if I recall) and it was won on a horrifically bad call against the Chiefs. Leaf should have been 0-16 that year.

He may have sucked as a quarterback but at least he turned out to be a jerk off the field, too.

They said that about Drew Brees and Fluty when they first came out too. I have no idea if Manzeil will make good, but it’ll be because he catches up to the speed and movement of the game if he does. If he doesn’t it won’t be due to his body.

What about Ralph Sampson... played 13 basketball games for something like 11 million dollars.

The start of Johnny Football's NFL career could of not have gone any worse.

His QBR for the year is 5.1. I suppose it is theoretically possible his career could have gotten off to a worse start but I'm not sure how.
