Cops tell us Screech allegedly stabbed a guy after getting into an argument late Christmas evening that quickly escalated-- the bar owner says it was over pics they were taking of Diamond -- and then the actor bailed from the bar.
According to court docs ... the victim suffered a 1/2 inch wound under his armpit and bled heavily -- but he didn't notice it had even happened until moments later.
Officers located Dustin and his girlfriend in his car not long after ... and the knife was in his ride. Dustin's girlfriend was booked on a disorderly conduct charge.

Too many people (namely, the elite and “downtrodden”) think they’re above the law, and it’s getting old. Apparently, the law, regulations, etc., are only for the middle class.

I went to college with a gun named Barry Diamond who probably is not kin to him. He is a comedian who has had minor rolls in quite a few movies.
We took a field trip to Mobile and we rode in the same car. He told jokes just about the whole trip, many of them a bit racist. The prof who was driving finally told him maybe to keep them a little less volatile. I remember he told the prof that he was not afraid to call a Spade a Spade.

Aside from this being about a semi-famous actor, I didn’t know just having a knife on one’s person could be an offense worthy of arrest.
Another article on this I read said that the fight was over his girlfriend and that he was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

You’re right! I thought you were making that up. Of course he also helped produce a little noticed film called ‘Saved By The Smell”. Ugh!
One never knows how a child actor will turn out. Some remain emotionally messed up, Jay North, the actor in Dennis The Menace comes to mind. I think Jay has settled down, made peace with all the bad memories. Today, Jay North could play Jeb Bush in a movie ( they look that similar) in the very unlikely event someone wanted to make a movie about Jeb.
Yeah, ol’ Screech turned out to be a real pantload.
He was charged with a felony this afternoon. At least in Wisconsin, all felony charges must come from the district attorney and they usually come through in the early afternoon.
A child actor gone bad? That’s a stretch ...
Someone up dated that rather quickly, maybe he should change that name to ‘Soap on a rope, don`t bend over Screech!’.
Update, he’s just been sentenced to 4 months in jail.
