Michael Brown memorial middle of the street trash pile.
Personally I much prefer the Antonio Martin parking lot shrine.

You can see the other memorial trash pile in the background.

Looks like it got smashed up pretty good. Maybe next time there won’t be anything left but tire tracks. “That was a Memorial? I thought it was a pile of old Christmas Trees and Gift Wrap! Well, it was unlicensed anyway.”

What I find upsetting is this.....people coming out of the woodwork to say the latest shooting (the one near Ferguson) is nothing at all like the Brown shooting. They all seem to be saying the officer in this latest shooting was justified (AND HE WAS) but that officer Wilson was not??? WTH
Officer Wilson was just as justified as the officer that shot the guy that had a gun.

These people are living in some kind of bizarre fantasy world.
If they had the brains to do it they could go through the legal processes to have the street declared abandoned and then they can raise the money to have a statue commissioned. I don’t care what they do but I don’t want to pay for it.

Won t be the first time destroyed...this happened because the candles set it on fire! Then they blamed the police for setting the fire! They really need to just let these memorials go..it's way past time.

The Mike Browns of the world would take greater pleasure in erecting a monument that WAS in clear and obvious violation of the laws. For some of the die-hards, to cooperate with Society’s restrictions would be a sell out, sort of kow towing to The White Man or The System. Yes, it is a dumb way to think, but I would bet that is the prevailing attitude at this point.

When a memorial becomes roadkill, is it appropriate to build a memorial to the memorial?
To: cripplecreek
oh i'm all for running the pile of trash over... but some form of these will prolly be in the mess now
