The equality and fairness is that for all a conservative says, a liberal may take equal time....what is not realized is that the liberal may be the dull, uninteresting blowhard, who takes up the same amount of time droning on and on. It’s too late as you have already changed channels or turned it off. Young people end up avoiding the show all together.”

The only difference is that the Fairness Doctrine went away during Ronald Reagan’s Administration....
Now Obama wants “Net Neutrality” which is similar but worse.
Don’t get me started on net neutrality. Bandwidth sells. An ISP can sell to a high volume page and charge them a volume discount and can try to get the most hits from web pages(guess what) get the most hits and make money. Or they can be forced to forced to charge even the most idiotic page the same amount even if it doesnt get more than 3 hits a month. Shoot, let me put it like this. JC Penny’s Kmart, Walmart, and Sears didn’t make their money, employ millions, and help our economy by being forced to sell products by the government. For every cheap and affordable product that they sold there were a million idiot/bad products they didnt sell. Same goes for ideas on radio.
