I’m predicting that the “no collar” (or as they are more commonly known- liberal slacker bums) tribe will fail miserably.
Either way. Should be interesting.
I haven’t wasted a single minute of my life on it, thank God.
Survivor and Celebrity Apprentice are about the only reality shows I’d watch.
Wow, that makes me feel old. "Top Gear" has been on 22 seasons (since Oldest Car-Obsessed Daughter was a year old).
I miss the classic seasons.
Lately they keep recycling the same crummy locations over and over again. It used to have a National Geographic quality to it. Nobody liked Nicaragua the first time, let alone the fourth time.
Now they just give the season a gimmicky name and hope the audiences don’t notices.
They’re one lost sponsor away from filming a season at an abandoned scout camp.
They need to bring the theme song back too. I’m not sure whose idea it was to drop it, but that person needs to be beaten with a sack of oranges.
My wife loves the show.
Truth be told, it’s the least scripted of the “reality shows”, mainly because it is really a game show with a loose storyline.
Compared to that Bachelor(ette) trash that she also likes, it is far more watchable. I duck in and out, but dont really care who wins.
The casting department has shown its true colors on this one.
Of the 18 players this season, 9 are from California.
Its almost as if they went down to the local neighborhood bar to cast this season.
Anyway, I predict the Blue Collar tribe to do the best for the simple reason that of the six players on this tribe, none are from California. (Florida, Texas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York and Utah). That, and as blue collar folks, they are used to working together to get things done.
The White Collar tribe, comprised of 4 from California, 1 from New York and 1 from Florida, will argue and fight amongst themselves over the simplest of task like building shelter and boiling water.
The No Collar tribe however, with 5 from California, and 1 from Arizona, (which, lets face it, is so close to southern California, you might as well say all 6 are from there), will be the first to go. In fact, I expect this tribe to be the last to get a shelter built, start a fire, or even pick a leader.
Then again, its still early and I havent had enough coffee this morning yet.
Go Blue Collar! I skimmed through the bios yesterday; first lady on the list (white collar in FL) listed Hilary as her inspiration in life. Ha! Then there’s the Fabio wanna be. Ugh. That’s so 80’s or was it the 90’s? Anyway ... kumbaya and all that.
Mike deserved to win , sorry Carolyn missed a second chance. http://www.ew.com/article/2015/05/20/survivor-cambodia-second-chance-cast-revealed
