NBC has a new similar show starting Monday, May 25th. It looks like a cross between Survivor and Naked and Afraid. Hosted by Bear Grylls. I found it. It's called The Island and it's based on Grylls's UK series.
I've never seen Naked and Afraid. Did you? If so, what did you think of it?

Naked and Afraid is brutal to say the least. Try and find one to watch. A naked couple, who has never met prior, is placed in a harsh locale for 30 some days. They each are allowed one “tool”. It's on Discovery channel.
