As for price, call around and ask each pharmacy in your area. Sometimes Sam’s has even cheaper prices than Walmart and you don’t have to be a member to use the pharmacy. As far as coupons and discounts go, they often have that caveat that if you are on medicare you can’t use the coupon. It may have something to do with obamadontcare, who knows.. They make up the rules as they go along. The only way to know is to try the coupon.

Checked on Victoza, its for Type 2 Diabetes treatment. I used Metformin that might be a cheaper and similar solution.

I would think that Sam's or Walmart would be able to tell you the price if you called.
We get my mom's stuff from Wally World. They have her insurance info on file, so they can tell us the final cost of things.
