Just wondering what they influenced...
Virtually all techno and disco was influenced by Kraftwerk and/or Jean Michel Jarre. They brought synthesizers into the mainstream.

SNL, Mike myers character on “Deiter’s Dance Club” was themed with a Kraftwerk tune. From there they clearly guided all social, political, literary, and scientific achievement. Strangely, the music world wasn’t much influenced by them.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m so excited that I feel like a little girl.....
