I’ve never had any luck With System Restore. I thought you were talking about just putting it back in factory condition and starting over.
That’s what I wanted to do, and until THIS computer, I’ve always been able to do that. I don’t know what MS did to this one, but I may need a CD ROM to reformat this. It REALLY sucks.
