Whoa is us! We HAD to suspend him!

Hey, how about firing the liar jerk instead of just feigning trauma for suspending him?

What kind of a day was it? A day like all days, filled with events that alter and illuminate our times. And you are there.

He’s lost so much weight, it’s like we only have half a Sharpton. Now let’s get rid of this half.

I wonder if his contract just happens to expire in about six months. "Hi Brian, we have a new contract offer - $15 an hour minimum wage you love to clean the toilets."

Sitting down here in my home in Louisiana, I just watched Williams’ career float by, face down.

He and Sharpton will be dining at the Whitehouse on our dime eating lobster and caviar.

They'll give him a big, fat pay raise when he comes back.

Consider it a paid vacation....just like government workers.

Brian was paid about $40,000 per newscast.

Needs to use this time to get his life / finances eye in order. Sell any high maintenance property and move to a farm in Conneticut where he can write fiction the rest of his life.

We shall see, and you may very well be correct.

I am not sure how he can come back from being a joke to a “serious” narrative reader. But in this world, stranger things have happened.

I have no problem with him being gone, I don’t watch their product anyway. Any of them.

They should get Will Ferrell to replace him if they want someone more reliable.

Meanwhile transfer Williams to Weekend Update on SNL.

that’s $47K per narrative, not including holidays and vacations.

I think he should reinvent himself as a joke persona. It could really work for him. Like when Leslie Nielsen went from doing dramatic work to doing Airplane and Naked Gun. Brian Williams always seems so stiff, it seems like he’s playing a parody of an anchorman already anyway. This is probably the only way he could make himself a likable figure to the public at this point.

He should go on SNL dressed up like Bagdad Bob.

Oh yes. He will absolutely be on SNL before six months are over.

It's only a cover story. The CIA will be parachuting him into enemy territory to single-handedly destroy ISIS, throw the Iranians out of Syria, and personally suck a billion barrels of oil out of the ground. And rescue puppies. Even Chuck Norris will be impressed when he rescues the puppies.

On a serious note, yeah, he's done as an anchor. Look for "special projects". He may even moderate the Hillary Clinton / Ron Paul Presidential debates...
