Brian Williams Could Be Fired For Bringing Ridicule Upon Himself

Becoming a national laughingstock can have consequences of up to $50 million dollars as Brian Williams might soon find out. According to a New York Post report, Willliams' NBC contract contains a "public morals" clause that allows NBC to terminate him if he should bring ridicule upon himself.

Since Williams' recently signed contract gives him $10 million per year for the next five years, $50 million is on the line. This gives NBC a strong incentive to invoke that ridicule clause to avoid having to pay out that gigantic chunk of change. So far NBC News has saved $5 million dollars by suspending Williams for six months without pay but that leaves them still owing the hero of Katrina $45 million. Here are the details of the public morals clause in Williams contract:

$50M for a teleprompter reader.

A lying teleprompter reader.

An uneducated lying teleprompter reader.

An unexperienced uneducated teleprompter reader.

Don’t we already have one of those in the White House?

Not to worry, though, the White House occupant is also a muzzie, which requires us to ignore the inexperience, lack of education, and inability to tell the truth.

I wager Lyin was not fired is because Lyin has something on NBC, something even his vaporized credibility will not tarnish

Contract ‘morality clause’ could determine Brian Williams’ future

http://pagesix.com/2015/02/15/brian-williams-future-hangs-on-morality-clause-in-contract/

Embattled NBC News anchor Brian Williams’ fate beyond his six-month unpaid suspension could hang on a “morality clause” in his contract — which means he could be fired if he offended “a significant portion of the community” or brought himself “public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule,” among other concerns.

The anchor has lawyered up with Bob Barnett, the distinguished attorney who also repped Ann Curry during her dealings with NBC.

Sources tell Page Six that Williams’ contract could hang on the morality clause issue, and whether NBC brass, including Stephen Burke and Comcast CEO Brian Roberts, rule he breached it.

Williams had recently signed a $10 million, five-year pact.

Sources say that a “public morals” clause that appears in NBC News employees’ paperwork includes the verbiage:

“If artist commits any act or becomes involved in any situation, or occurrence, which brings artist into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, or which justifiably shocks, insults or offends a significant portion of the community, or if publicity is given to any such conduct . . . company shall have the right to terminate.”

Brian Williams might be canned by NBC News, but there's always MSNBC with their list of losers. MSNBC would be perfect for Williams. So far, NBC News hasn't considered hiring Keith Olbermann — and is is available. Hmmmm, it is a possibility.

Liar Brian Williams vs. Liar presidential candidate Obama: Do you realize that we have learned more about the lying Williams in the past few weeks than we ever learned about lying Obama during his two presidential campaigns?

I say that for the following reason: If the mainstream media and commentators like Hannity and Greta S. had spent as much time and energy examining candidate Obama's background and lies as they have spent examining Brian Williams' background and lies, Obama would have had trouble winning his first or his second election.

For instance, Birth certificate controversy vs. 1980 Selective Service form controversy:

Forget the birth certificate controversy for a moment.

Instead, let's look at Obama's Selective Service 1980 application. It is all over the internet. Obama supposedly signed it in July 1980, the summer after his freshman year at Occidental in Los Angeles, when Obama was 18 years old but only a few days away from his 19th birthday on Aug. 4, 1980.

1. The person who signed the July 1980 Selective Service form in Hawaii obviously had to be in Hawaii to do so. But was Obama in Hawaii at the time?

2. I don't think so, because there is strong evidence that Obama was never in Hawaii at the time, the 1980 summer after his freshman year at Occidental in California. That is, he stayed in California the entire summer of 1980.

3. Let's look at a seemingly innocent article on the internet about Obama's Occidental college friends written around 2008: It says that Obama spent the summer in Los Angeles where he lived with a fellow Occidental student who was from India.

4. The article says that Obama and his Indian roommate went running just about every day.

5. So, could someone please explain to me how Obama could have signed his Selective Service form in July 1980 in Hawaii, when he was running just about every day back in Los Angeles with his Indian classmate and roommate? It makes no sense.

6. To find out what Obama did during that summer, why doesn't Hannity, O'Reilly, Megan and Greta of Foxnews interview Obama's Indian roommate who lived with Obama the summer of 1980, the summer after Obama's freshman year at Occidental in Los Angeles, California? I believe that the roommate is still alive and working somewhere in the United States. I also believe several of Obama's friends who saw him in California during the summer of 1980 are still alive and working in the United State. Someone should interview them.

7. Maybe if Hannity, O'Reilly, Greta, and Megan Kelly of FoxNews had the courage to interview Obama's 1980 summer roommate from India about Obama's forged Selective Service form, Obama might not be president today. (They should also have gone to Hawaii to interview Obama's Hawaiian friends from way back in the summer of 1980 to find out if Obama was in Hawaii at the time, or if he never visited Hawaii that summer.)

8. Of course, the simple way to resolve this Selective Service form controversy would be to ask Obama himself if he was in Hawaii in July 1980, and if he signed the Selective Service form that we see on the internet.

9. But Obama would not dare answer any questions about where he spent the summer of 1980, the summer after his freshman year at Occidental in Los Angeles, California, or any questions about his signature on the Selective Service form, because it would be political suicide to do so.

10. I would bet that not one of Obama's Hawaiian friends will come out and say that, yes, he saw Obama in Hawaii the summer of 1980, and he/she even went out with Obama.

11. However, if that Obama Hawaiian friend dares to come out and verify that Obama was in Hawaii the summer of 1980 after his freshman year at Occidental, we will at least have him on the record saying that Obama was indeed in Hawaii during the summer of his freshman year at Occidental.

We can then check that person's background to find out if the person was lying or not.

Also, if other Obama Hawaiian friends come out of hiding and say that they did not see Obama in Hawaii during the entire summer of 1980, then I think that Obama has a serious problem on his hands.

12. I have other reasons to believe that Obama did not sign his 1980 Selective Service form:

a. Obama's Wallet: Where was 18 yr old Obama's wallet when he signed the Selective Service form, because the Selective Service form says that the person who signed it had no identification?

An 18 year old Obama---he would 19 in a few days on Aug. 4, 1980--- walking around Hawaii without his wallet and his driver's license seems unbelievable to me, when 99% of American men always carry their wallets with them.

They need their wallets to carry documents like driver's license and credit cards. They especially need their driver's license for identification in case they want to buy some beer or go to a nightclub that has an age limit.

b. Signature: Obama supporters say that the reason the signature on the Selective Service form is so different from his present signature is that people's signatures naturally change over time. That sounds reasonable to me.

c. Signature problem: But wait a minute. We have Obama's signature from his senior year in high school to compare his Selective Service signature to: It is his signature from his 1979 senior year in high school, just one year BEFORE Obama supposedly signed the Selective Service form in Hawaii in 1980. I don't think a person's handwriting changes that much in just one year.

The signature I am referring to is the one we see in Time magazine's story about Obama's 1979 prom pictures published I believe last year: In this Time story We clearly see Obama's high school signature.

d. In fact, in the Time story, we see a long letter that Obama wrote a few days after the 1979 prom that is a treasure of 17 year old Obama's handwriting style.( He wrote it to a girl with whom he double-dated with on prom night. She wasn't his date.) I believe that an expert in handwriting analysis could use the long prom letter to find out if the Obama who wrote the prom letter in 1979 is the same person who signed the Selective Service form in Hawaii in July 1980. I think that the girl in the prom letter should be asked if she saw Obama in Hawaii in the summer of 1980. If she didn't see Obama, then I say Obama is in a lot of trouble.

e. Obama signed the post prom letter "Barry Obama".

f. TV show Forensic Files: Have you ever watched the TV show Forensic Files?

g. The show explains how scientific methods like DNA tests and handwriting analysis are used to capture criminals.

h. My point is this: Why doesn't a handwriting expert seen on Forensic Files compare Obama's handwriting on his 1980 Selective Service form to Obama's handwriting and signature found in the recent article in Time magazine about Obama's 1979 senior prom night in Hawaii ? Such an analysis would go a long way in helping us to find out if Obama signed the Selective Service form or not.

13. I'm no handwriting expert, but it looks to me that the Obama who signed the 1979 prom letter is not the same person who signed Obama's 1980 Selective Selective form in Hawaii the summer after Obama's freshman year at Occidental in California.

14. Again, if FoxNews commentators like Hannity, O'Reilly, Greta and Kelly had spent the same amount of time and energy examining Obama's lies---like examining Obama's lie about his forged Selective Service 1980 form---that they spend in examining Brian Williams' lies, maybe Obama would not be president today.
