I think I've forgiven my DeeDee's but everyday, in every moment, i see those deedee's and get upset at their actions and once again, end up asking for forgiveness of myself - because I know not what I do....
Anyway - glad you're on the mend, glad you're still here, and thanks for writing about this.

It’s sobering to consider that we’re all a heartbeat away from your predicament. Prayers for your speedy recovery.
Couple of things that the Missus mentioned. She may read, but probably won’t be posting for a while.
First, the anecdote about DeeDee was not to condemn DeeDee, but “to show how frail and feeble my own mind and good intentions turn out to be. I am not confessing her faults, but mine.”
Second. “DeeDee was the single exception to the uniformly high standards of professionalism and kindness which I have encountered since my medical crisis.”
Third. “Even though this is in Chat forum, out of your own kindness and decency, please do not turn this thread into a controversy.”
I regret my violation of #3. I shall cease.
Words fail me. I would cry, but there are people all around and they wouldn’t understand. Oh, freep. Kathleen realized my attention had wandered for ten seconds, so she threw herself out of her chair onto the floor.
You will totally get better because I couldn’t stand it otherwise. I insist.
I will go change Kathleen’s diaper again now.
Mrs. Don-o, I had no idea you were such an incredible writer. Even doubly so, with all you’ve endured (and are no doubt still enduring).

She's crazy good. If she doesn't already have several novels to her credit, she's missed her calling.
I've rarely (if ever) seen such excellent wordsmanship displayed on this forum.
Mrs. Don-o has published a book, as well as many articles. I don’t know if it would be appropriate for me to post information on the book, although it was somewhat publicized at the time.
I didn’t know that. Maybe you could pmessage me? I’d buy her book in a second.

She and BlackElk, also in the midst of serious health problems, probably the best writers on the site. Mrs. Don-o has at least one published book to her credit.
