63 MPH = “ran a red light at 102 km/h”
stiff starts at 15 years
Triple to 5 1/2 years? What would have been the original sentence?
Ship him and his family back home to Afghanistan, never to return...THAT should be the sentence. Since he is mudslime, an appropriate sentence might also include severing the right arm (can’t use a gear shift) and left leg (can’t operate the clutch). Let’s see how many Afghani children he can kill riding a donkey at high speed!
If he had consensual sex with the girl in five or six years he would have gotten 20 years plus lifetime registry, but by killing her and her father it only gets him 5-1/2.

I worked with a clown and he drove me to a photo shoot in his clapped-out Alfa set up for auto cross.
On our return to work from the photo shoot he drove 85+ MPH on a blind, winding residential road with a 15 to 25 MPH speed limit. Lots of blind corners.
The next day I offered to drive (Honda hatchback).
On the way back I made sure to take the same road. I got it up to 28 MPH then said: “Oh! I’m speeding!” and hit the brakes.
He was disgusted by my obeying of the traffic laws...
I was happy to testify (after being subpoenaed by the FBI) at his sentencing trial for pedophilia.
I’ve done lots of fast driving, but always when the roads were clear and NO pedestrians could be injured.
He should have got 10 years with no early parole.
