When I was living in CA in the eighties, the LA Times had an article about date rape at UCLA and USC, saying that it was epidemic and that 90% of it was involved Middle Eastern men and White young women. I am having a difficult time understanding how this is happening. Are little girls being abducted and raped as they walk home from school, at the park, playing in front of their houses? I can’t imagine even one child being assaulted in my neighborhood without the Father grabbing his gun and going after the assailant.
