In an age when most potential presidential contenders are millionaires, Walker may end up being the closest thing to a middle-class presidential candidate that voters will see in 2016.

Well..That’s nice to know.
Do they have attractive pics of him with his family?
Scott Walker may not be the guy you want, but he is a regular guy. I’ve known him for decades and he lives a normal life.
That’s neat.
Walker-2016!
He seems to be a very down to earth person. I bet he’s jumping for joy now that WI beat KY tonight in the NCAA. I hope he will get some good press out of it.
The article says Ted Cruz is a millionaire, yet they provide no proof. And if he is, it is from the sweat of his brow (and his wife’s) not from inheritance and/or cronyism like Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton.
WI beat KY?
Fabulous...
Even then, he decided to squander most of this opportunity by doing drugs and still managed, somehow, to get into an Ivy League college. Since habitual drug use is just not compatible with strong academic work, the only way this could have happened was with a combination of money, connections and unjustifiable affirmative action points.

That’s a nasty, uncalled for comment. Who the hell do you think you are? You’re a jerk.
I’m still curious about whether he was unable to finish college for financial reasons. The economy and job was pretty bad in 1990 when he expected to graduate.
I like Walker.
Gov Scott Walker so far looks good and he may be the next POTUS. I’m still in the wait and see mode. I am really looking forward to the debates. I hope all our candidates whip Hillary’s arse.
Did you forget the sarc tag?
Did you forget the sarc tag?
No, I didn’t. That kind of comment against a good man is uncalled for and unacceptable. He is anything but a Hillary Clinton.
I’ve come to suffer politicians and their parties.
May the least islamodemorepublicommucrat win.
At this point relative to the primary season, I give Walker a 6.3 out of 10.
From my perspective it doesn’t matter what the socio-economic status is of any candidate.
What matters is to what extent they desire to see us once again as the home of the brave; the land of the free. Respecting the Constitution and compelling everyone else in government to respect it as well. Someone who understands that only the free market, devoid of onerous taxation, regulation, and a hostile legal climate, will bring us back to the powerhouse we once were.
Just my opinion.
He got better than good press, he got some good KY bourbon from a bet he had with the KY governor.
I don't know about that, but his wife probably is (self-made, of course, GS pays its managing directors well).
Who said he was?
