A partial solution would be that once a player commits to a school, unless he transfers to a another school, his slot is filled for 4 years. If he does a one and done that slot sits empty for 3 years.

That is not viable as it indicates it is the school’s decision - which it is not. It is the player’s decision. A school can’t force a player to stay there.

The NCAA doesn’t set this policy - they have no control over whether a player stays or goes. It is the NBA that has the policy.

If the ACC ever take UConn when expansion takes place... the best basketball conference will be better... UConn Duke basketball every year...and women's basketball would be fun, too.

Unfortunately, CTs now senator Bloomingidiot (Bloomenthal) sued the ACC when he was AG of CT...
