I assume since she didn’t go the grand jury route there will be a preliminary hearing where the prosecutor will have to produce the evidence against them. Sherriff Clarke may be right, but it seems to me he is making a judgment without having all the facts either. I’m willing to see what is presented.
Doesn't sound like you actually listened to what he said. It might be helpful to listen to what he said before you comment on what he actually said.
He is calling out the prosecutor for making POLTICAL statements in her comments...that is as fair as it gets. She decided to say that she ‘herd’ the protestors not him. Her job is to ignore what is happening in the streets and do her friggin job.
IF she is so sure she has it right why didn’t SHE release the autopsy to back her charges?? In Ferguson when the autopsy was released it didn’t stop the thugs but it shut up some screamers....unfortunately the DiC and Holder decided to condemn the entire police department and started extra proceedings against them.
The ‘16%’ sure seem to be on the war path to burn the country down....My guess is the true nuber reflects the Nation of Islam, Black Panthers, and CUSA combined
