I must be missing something here. The title of the article says that "dozens" of shows have been cancelled. However, when I scroll down about halfway through the article, I see this:
See More: Full List of Cancelled Primetime TV Shows
So I click on the link and get not a list but a "gallery" that I have to scroll through. It displays not dozens but rather seventeen shows that have been cancelled. Here they are:
"About A Boy" (NBC)
"Backstrom" (Fox)
"Battle Creek" (CBS)
"Constantine" (NBC)
"The Following" (Fox)
"Forever" (ABC)
"Hart of Dixie" (CW)
"Marry Me" (NBC)
"The McCarthys" (CBS)
"The Messengers" (CW)
"The Mindy Project" (Fox)
"One Big Happy" (NBC)
"Resurrection" (ABC)
"Revenge" (ABC)
"Stalker" (CBS)
"State of Affairs" (NBC)
"The Taste" (ABC)
I haven't even heard of most of these, let alone seen them. In fact, the only shows I've watched are "Battle Creek" and "Forever" and I'm sad to see them go.

"I haven't even heard of most of these, let alone seen them." Not enough gay characters, I'm guessing... If only they made more gay TV. /s

The only one I wish they hadn’t canceled is Backstrom.

Forever is the only thing watched.
If you like it, look up the old series New Amsterdamn. Ran a season and a half, Same thing but instead of a coroner/police it’s police + partner.

The last couple episode of Revenge were men kissing men, mixed with strong gay sexual innuendo. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing, but I see now there was nothing to lose and so they made sure the peeps got the message.

The Mindy Project star just landed in my mail box on the cover of Glamour magazine.
I wish for the days when beautiful and lithe Cheryl Tiegs and Cybil Shepard were cover girls, not overweight and over-hyped actresses.

I really liked “Forever.” Phooey.

I’m surprised “Mindy Project” got axed. I’ve heard it’s really funny.
To: EveningStar
Never heard of most of them and only watched “Heart of Dixie” and that was mainly online.
With hundreds of channels, there’s still many evenings we complain there’s nothing to watch. It’s long past time to clean house but not holding my breath they’ll put anything decent on.

Revenge started out okay but fell apart after a season or two.

"The Following" (Fox) That's the only TV series I've been following (no pun) the last few years. So I guess it will be wrapping up here over the next couple of weeks.

I was watching Backstrom and Battle Creek, but I won’t really miss either one. The Following was good for one season. The Messengers was only good for one episode. Didn’t see any of the others.

I haven’t watched any of the major networks in years. I haven’t a clue what these shows are about. But if MSNBC is thinking of going to conservative type programming I suspect the network ‘’moguls’’(I like that word, it’s funny.) are seeing the handwriting on the wall, only as far as profit, that is, and that handwriting might be that middle America(decent people) are fed up with the garbage they’ve been pumping out.
