SOUTH HUNTINGDON TOWNSHIP, Pa. —A Westmoreland County woman is suspected of having sex with a 15-year-old boy at an underage drinking party at her home after a Yough High School football game and telling him to keep their encounter between them, according to a criminal complaint.
Sherry Lee waived her right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday and was ordered by District Judge Charles Moore to stand trial at a later date. She declined to comment, but her attorney said Lee is denying that anything happened with the teenage boy.
Lee picked up the boy and two of his friends after the Cougars game at about 10 p.m. Sept. 19 and drove them to her home in the village of Wyano in South Huntingdon Township, state police said in a criminal complaint, which was filed in April.
The teenage boy said he and his friends drank beer and vodka provided by the 45-year-old Lee, who he said was smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol with the kids at the party, according to the complaint.
"He is totally in the wrong. Should not have been drinking -- absolutely not. But also, her being 45 years old, she shouldn't have had alcohol there for the kids," the boy's mother said. "I don't think she should just be slapped on the hand for this, and I don't know how many other kids that she has done this to."
After the boy fell asleep in the living room, Lee woke him up and asked him to come upstairs to the bedroom, where she took off her clothes and his pants and had sex with him, according to the complaint.
"The victim stated after it was over, he put his clothes on. The defendant told him 'not to tell anyone.' The victim left the bedroom and went to sleep in the loft above the garage. The victim left the residence later that morning to go to work," the complaint said.
"The victim stated in the past and on the night of the incident, the defendant would flirt with him. (The boy) advised she would call him 'hot' and put her arms around his shoulders," the complaint said.
"I was absolutely irate. I wasn't upset with my son because he is a teenager and as we said, they don't make the wisest choices. He was under the influence. I was just more upset that somebody who is in their 40s would do something like that with one of their son's friends. It's disgusting," the victim's mother said.
An online docket shows that Lee is facing felony charges of statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger than 16, as well as misdemeanor charges of indecent assault of a person less than 16 and furnishing liquor to minors.

I will say this, sex is incredibly powerful, and can do extreme damage if misused - which is why God has warned us that it should only take place within a marriage (a real marriage, not the glorified dating marriages that are so in vogue today)
I, regrettably, learned too late that God’s laws were not established to keep me from experiencing some really fun things (like all teens believe regarding their parent’s rules), but are for my protection and benefit, in this life and the next. I wish now that I had paid attention to the rules set down by the one who made me....

I don’t buy that the youngster has suffered any harm and I don’t think she should be prosecuted. However it is just stupid of these women to imagine the boy isn’t going to run tell his friends about it. It’s going to get around.
