Interesting. I did a show for Hennessy a while ago, and they own Belvedere (a Polish vodka). The don’t repeatedly distill because real vodka is supposed to have flavor. Dunno how similar it is to Woody Creek, I’m not a vodka fan at all but I’ll grab a bottle if I can find it here in Dallas!

You have to repeatedly distill to get the alcohol content high enough to be defined as Vodka.

Belvedere is distilled four times.

If Vodka has any flavor other than that of alcohol, it has been added after it was distilled.
