Actually, I prefer pie, or tortes. My favorite cakes are the heavy, rich dense ones.....laden with fruit and nuts. (not fruitcake, yuk!) I don’t like the bread like texture of most cakes. I love molten lava cake and “”Hummingbird” cake. (Check AllRecipes.com)
