International Speedway Corp partners with AEG Live: International Speedway Corporation announced an extension of their strategic partnership with leading sports and entertainment presenters AEG. The relationship further solidifies two organizations focused on facility ownership and management, sporting properties, live event promotion, and media production and distribution. The new partnership will include AEG's live-entertainment division, AEG Live, as ISC examines opportunities to develop music and other live events at many of its 13 motorsports entertainment facilities throughout the U.S. AEG Facilities, a stand-alone division of AEG that operates and consults with preeminent venues worldwide, will continue to advise ISC on its latest development projects including DAYTONA Rising, the $400 million renovation of Daytona International Speedway set to open in January 2016, and ONE DAYTONA, a premier retail and entertainment destination planned across from the legendary Speedway.(ISC)(5-27-2015)

Robin Johnson named VP of Business Development for RCR: Richard Childress Racing has named Robin Johnson as its new Vice President of Business Development to oversee sponsorship sales and partnership expansion, effective immediately. Johnson brings more than 20 years of combined legal and business development leadership to the multi-championship NASCAR team. He most recently served as the General Counsel for the S.C. State Treasurer's Office. Prior to that position, the South Carolina native served in similar business development roles at Front Row Motorsports and Roush Fenway Racing, where he helped build what was arguably one of the most respected sponsorship bases in professional sports during his tenure. Johnson is an honor graduate of The Citadel (class of 1986) earning his B.S. degree in business administration. He is also an honor graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and is licensed in South Carolina and New York. Robin is married to Emily Linder Johnson of Bennettsville, SC, and they have three children - Erin, Lachlan and Jake.(RCR)(5-27-2015)
