I’ve been at that point before.
Good rib makes a man fight for that last bite.

a high school friend of mine always had fun inviting his friends for dinner. His mom would always put out 1 extra pork chop/chicken breast than were seated at the table.
Then that moment of truth would happen.
The guest (mega hungry high school kid) would make his move for the pork chop and the dad would “politely” stab the guest’s hand with his own fork before getting the last pork chop for himself.
The bleeding did not last long......

Police say an Indiana woman stabbed another woman in the eye with a fork in a dispute over the last rib at a barbecue. The rib didn't belong to EITHER of them. It was ADAM'S rib.
