The area code is the second set of three numbers he listed. The 252 will be the country code. The Philippines, where I live, is 063. The US is 001. Since it is displaying the country code on the cell phone it is an overseas call originating in Somalia.

They are everywhere. There are several large concentrations (Lewiston ME and Minneapolis), but most of them are dispersed.

It’s a trunk line. Trunk lines indicate that it’s an outbound call from a call center, which means a telemarketing call.
Here is a tip....answer the phone or turn it off. And if it’s not your phone, mind your own business.
