Who is in authority to arrest our president? (Not meant to be funny or cute) He has violated the constitution over and over again and I firmly believe he could step out onto Pennsylvania Avenue and gun down a random individual and no one but no one would do a thing about it. There must an authority to handle such things yet nothing happens. Where is our rule of law when it comes to the president?

That’s not evading the question, that’s getting to the answer. Authority to stop the Obama will absolutely require an enumerated list of charges and evidence; without such, you’re just mouthing off against a legitimately elected POTUS (*cough*).
Congress has the authority to present & examine that evidence, and to remove him accordingly.
Remember, impeaching Clinton required actual evidence of perjury.

Congress will never act on the usurper. They convened to determine McCain’s eligibility but knowingly blocked any investigation into the usurper’s eligibility. Thomas has admitted SCOTUS won’t act by “evading” the NBC issue and refusing to hear any case. All three branches have intentionally trampled the Constitution and are working to destroy America. Why? By who’s order? To what end? Who/what was to gain?
We, the People also have the authority. We, the People have tried the PC way by going through Congress and SCOTUS only to have both branches laugh in our faces. Other countries don’t seem to have as much trouble kicking out their leaders.

She was kind enough to quickly respond to my letter. I found her explanation very detailed.
And I appreciated very much that she wrote such a detailed explanation.
As I read her response, two things stood out: It seems that most forensic experts would be reluctant to look at Obama's handwriting because (1) examining documents from the internet is very difficult, and (2) forensic experts would want to see many samples of Obama's handwriting from that period, not just one or two samples.

Thank you for your email. While it would be very interesting to examine these signatures, let me share with you why it cannot be done adequately with what is available.
Forensic Document Examiners require the following criteria for a comprehensive examination:
1. Original documents
2. Comparable questioned and known writing (cursive to cursive, hand print to hand print, uppercase hand print to upper case hand print, etc).
3. Known writing that is produced close in date to the questioned material being examined. And in the case of the questioned and known writing you have specified, young Obama was still in his formative writing years, which means there can be a lot of writing variation, so many signatures close in date to the questioned date would be needed.
Legitimate document examiners would be wary to examine anything from the internet.
Furthermore, digital images are often lacking in sufficient resolution, and are also susceptible to manipulation.
I hope this helps your curiosity somewhat. I looked briefly at the selective service and the TIME images, and quickly realized that a LOT of known signatures from that time period, along with good quality copies, or the originals, would be required to conduct the appropriate exams. Kirsten
