Oh I am sure that they lied through their teeth. The interview was embarrassing. But I just wonder what parents who hate on the Duggars would do if their son was in the same situation. Heck I know parents who run into the schools to go off on them because they made the child stay after school for talking and thought the school went to far and now these same parents are going to turn their kid in to the police for something so horrible but still.....I don’t buy it. I guarantee 90 percent of the parents would NOT immediately take their kid to the police for processing and possible jail time. So the parents made mistakes big time. We all do. I wish I was the perfect parent but I am not and all 4 children will let you know that I am sure.

The Duggar case never made it into the juvenile court system, or any court system, for that matter. The alleged crimes occurred in 2002 and 2003, but the police investigation did not occur until 2006. By that time, Josh Duggar was already an adult at age 18, so the state code covering the confidentiality of juvenile records would not apply to this case.
There are many victims in this story including Josh’s wife and kids. I’m not defending him or his acts, but how is he supposed to support his family now when he is being persecuted for something he did when he was a kid? I believe that is why laws exist that seal the criminal acts of minors, as they well should. I don’t give a damn about Josh Duggar. But his kids don’t deserve this.
I don’t think it is unreasonable to say that the Media consumers and Duggar haters are pro-incest and child molestation.
The reason we have privacy laws surrounding these kinds of incidents is to encourage rather than discourage the reporting of the crime.
The victims have been re victimized.

Regardless of the Christian sincerity of the Duggars— which so many Gods on this thread pretend to be in a position to judge— the arguments are for pure evil.
The duggars represent Conservative Christianity so just like the burning of Palin’s church with women and children inside and the shooting at the FRC where victims were to be compelled to eat Chick fil a sandwiches as they lay dying, the Duggars must be symbolically annihilated. Their silence must be assured so good people like the Clintons can continue to serve us all.

The Duggers even turned their 14 year-old son into the police after learning about his “youthful curiosity” about girls. What more does anyone expect of them? Of course, what about the person who leaked police information to the media?
If the Duggars weren’t openly Christian, no one in the press would care.
From 40 years of law and MI work, I can tell you that so-called “lie detection experts” have no idea what really happened in any situation they did not physically watch happen.
Ask 10 about a video taped incident, and you will get ten different answers. Most often they will accuse truth tellers of lying, because if they can’t “detect lies”, who would hire them?
The Fortune Tellers at the county fair are more accurate.

And with that being said, they never have any other "expert" that just might have a differing opinion?
I guess if one has an agenda, there's no sense in presenting someone who just might have a logical explanation into the topic being discussed
