I’d rather the first thing Ted do as President is have Obola arrested on charges of treason.

I certainly like what Trump is saying, and he has been consistently saying it for quite a while. People like to accuse him of being ego driven only, always promoting himself. Maybe he got that from General Patton who said: “Do your damnedest in an ostentatious manner all the time.” Will give Perry a hearing (he is the type of Southerner I grew up with). No way on earth I will ever vote for Bush. Will listen to Scott Walker. Do not trust Rubio. I completely discounted Paul, but he did vote against Obama’s global governance bill.

I do believe he would ask his AG pick to take up the investigations of fast and furious, IRS targeting, and Benghazi.

He can fire everybody in Congress and the Supreme Court while he’s at it.

Because that is what it will take to fix the problem.

Only one term for any Congressman and six years on the Court from then on.

“Are you still a Donald Trump supporter and a Cruz birther?”

Yes, I do like Trump. Now for the birther snark, which I assume you use to totally, completely, absolutely, and forevermore discredit me, I have this.

The following is a quote from the Naturalization Act of 1709 (from Wikipedia). Obviously, it has been changed since then, but, surprisingly, it gives the DEFINITION of “natural born citizen” by the people who wrote the Constitution:

“The Act also establishes the United States citizenship of certain children of citizens, born abroad, without the need for naturalization: “the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens: provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States””

How does Obama and Cruz fit in? Now, could you care to comment of what our Founders wrote, and not what a horrible person you think I am?

1709? Here is Wikipedia on the definition of NBC.

Natural-born-citizen clause

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

(Redirected from Natural born citizen)

Jump to: navigation, search

Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for election to the office of President or Vice President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence.

The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. A 2011 Congressional Research Service report stated that

The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term “natural born” citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship “by birth” or “at birth,” either by being born “in” the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents; by being born abroad to U.S. citizen-parents; or by being born in other situations meeting legal requirements for U.S. citizenship “at birth.” Such term, however, would not include a person who was not a U.S. citizen by birth or at birth, and who was thus born an “alien” required to go through the legal process of “naturalization” to become a U.S. citizen.[1]

The natural-born-citizen clause has been mentioned in passing in several decisions of the United States Supreme Court and lower courts dealing with the question of eligibility for citizenship by birth, but the Supreme Court has never directly addressed the question of a specific presidential or vice-presidential candidate’s eligibility as a natural-born citizen

“A 2011 Congressional Research Service report stated that...”

The Constitution was adopted in 1789. The 1790 Naturalization law was written by the same people who wrote the Constitution. They defined the language that was used in the Constitution. I have mentioned before, there are generations of us who were taught in American history that “natural born” referred to a person whose parents were both citizens at the time of his birth. I prefer to embrace the authority of history as written, not spun and revised.

Naturalization Act if 1790, obviously not 1709.

I cannot express how elated I get whenever I see pictures of the events at which Cruz appears.

It reminds me of the Sarah crowds and I smile.

Agreed. I love his sense of humor about it.

Instead of succumbing to their taunts or even getting mad about it, he will turn the tables in them, expose their agenda, and make them look foolish. It will be great!

No law against dissolving agencies. Not cabinet-level departments, that’s a little harder, though still not impossible.
