The Coneheads are a rather conservative family.

I can only imagine what the younger generation that watch TV think of the coneheads.

My favorite moviescene, Pry-mate (Jane Curtin) is vacuuming the rug: the suction end of the house in her mouth. A delicate cough and she hacks up a hairball.

One 48” starched disc, covered with acidic tomato paste and molten lactate product.
Then garnished with various shredded vegetable matter, spiced swine flesh and salty fish pieces, cooked at 1600 degrees for 90 seconds. Beldar’s order.
Connie’s order: one loaf of French bread ...

First time I saw this commercial was on a recent broadcast of Saturday Night Live. So sad it was way funnier than any of the skits on the show.
To: GraceG
it just occurred to me that some people in their 30s would be totally clueless about the Coneheads...now I feel kinda old!

So much better than the similar commercial it replaced. That one was dumb. I also like the Subaru commercial with the little boy in the pedal cart whose Dad asks him if he’s ready to drive the big car. Have you seen that one?

But teens and early 20s know all about the cone heads... Because we their parents showed them! ;)
