Be Clear About The Mark!…Rev 14 [Church Leaders encouraging the Mark of the Beast!?!]
Pastor Bill Randles Blog ^ | 12/08/2013 | Pastor Bill Randles

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."(2 Thess 2:11-12)

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.(Revelation 14:9-11)"

A few days ago, in a blog article I commented upon the trend among many among Evangelicals and Pentecostals of succumbing to evil in so many current controversial issues. If these religious leaders can find ways to unite with Islam (Chrislam) and can seek to be reconciled with unrepentant and practicing Sodomites, (N.A.L.T.) in the face of the clear New Testament warnings, What else remains of the Christian faith is there to deny?

I then posited that the next thing we knew there would be those among us who would rise up to assure Christians that it would be alright to take the Mark of the Beast. I am appalled to have to report to you that in the responses to my last article, I was informed that this is already happening...

Yes infants and newborns can be evil..

Psalm 58:3

Even from birth the wicked go astray; from the womb they are wayward, spreading lies.

1 Samuel 15:3

3 Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy[a] all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’”

Little children go to heaven.

Matthew 18:3
And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven

Another verse.

Matthew 21:16
“Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him. “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read, “‘From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”

Further, the statement originally made by naps was that “babies who die before baptism do not go to Heaven”.....now YOU have leaped to “yes infants and newborns can be evil”....”even from birth the wicked go astray.....” (so can adults for that matter)

What’s your point? Are you trying to imply that children who do not receive baptism are evil? Do you believe that once baptized you are a perfect Christian? Even some people who have received baptism go astray and can be wicked.....

Some fundamentalist or traditionalist Catholics still hold the belief that unbaptized infants go to Hell.

I pray you have never lost a child by miscarriage because based upon your argument so far you would have to believe that that child carried in your womb would never be saved and with Our Lord Christ Jesus in Heaven and instead might be .....in limbo or hell or ????

I pray that the Lord I love and serve is merciful enough to bring into His Kingdom those babies that die before baptism.

Not that a near death experience is the final answer on this subject, but in the book/movie Heaven is Real, the kid met his miscarried sister in heaven and she was the age should would have been if she had been born.

How all this works I have no idea. I am imagining a fetus in the afterlife growing into a baby and then to a child and then an adult, and it is perplexing. But then, what do I know? There are many mysteries that the bible simply is silent about.

"...and it is perplexing"

It's seems like maybe you are thinking dead babies have physical bodies in the spiritual dimension.

Those chunks of meat are feeding the worms.

None of our souls are infant.

Yet, in the near death experience of Colton Burpo, his miscarried sister, who was older than him, was still a child with a child’s body, not an “ancient soul.”

"...his miscarried sister..."

I'm not a movie critic or child psychologist or human lie detector or anything like that. And I'm certainly not the judge of this little kid.

All I will say about it is that I pray you build the foundation of your faith upon The Rock. And heed His warnings to His contemporaries who had, as Christians do today, built religions upon fables and traditions of men: "...have you not read the scripture?"

(I don't mean to accuse you of not reading.)

Many, many folks have had near-death experiences that involve visions of relatives and such. It goes without saying that God is capable of anything and I personally believe His mercy is expressed to individuals in a quite diverse manner - especially in times of great trial and fear.

Many of the near-death stories involve visions of older dead relatives comforting the near-dying. Do you suppose those dead folks are actually spending eternity old and getting older?

To the extent that the marketing of these experiences is honest and brings folks to faith and to a study of His word, then I'd expect their works will be judged as good.

To the extent their experience leads people to trust, or worse, revere themselves over His word, then they are not doing the Lord's work.

Even Christ's own miraculously and repeatedly validated testimony never conflicted with prior scripture.

Also, while determining for yourself whether such news stories are pleasantly uplifting glimpses of faith or the basis of some new Christian doctrine keep this in mind...

...from the patriarchs to the apostles, many had visions. Some of which were doctrinal / instructional, some prophetic, etc. And I could be forgetting somebody, but generally I don't recall them being part of near-death experiences. Or being revealed to pre-school aged kids.

If it helps to mull the difference between physical and spiritual consider this: In a very real sense, John the Baptist had a near-birth experience. Leaping for joy in the un-born presence of the just-conceived Lord.

Do you believe what John perceived and celebrated was a small lump of human cells or a mature and divine Spirit?

I have no idea what new doctrine you are implying. There is nothing in the kid's meeting of his sister that conflicts with Christian doctrine that I can see.

Many of the near-death stories involve visions of older dead relatives comforting the near-dying. Do you suppose those dead folks are actually spending eternity old and getting older?

No. In a typical near death experience, or death bed vision, people find that their relatives look younger if they died old and older if they died very young, as in the case of Burpo's sister. Yet they still recognize them. Those who died missing limbs, had their limbs back, the blind could see, etc etc. It appears that, based on the testimony of many if not most NDE's, departed souls that have gone to heaven tend to "age" such that they move toward about the age of their mid thirties i.e. older if they died younger than that and younger if they died older than that. I am only reporting what I have read, I don't treat NDE's as necessarily a reflection of Truth. However, I don't see any conflict here with traditional Christian doctrine. I do see a conflict with the concept of a "mature soul" in the body of a fetus. This implies pre-mortal existence or reincarnation.

Do you believe what John perceived and celebrated was a small lump of human cells or a mature and divine Spirit?

According to Christian doctrine the soul is created at conception and matures as it grows, becoming responsible for sin at the age of reason which is about age 7 or 8 years after birth but I suppose it could depend on the individual. Considering this doctrine, John was a fetus with a soul commensurate with his development at the time. Obviously, that development was sufficient enough for John to rejoice. Only one human being was Divine and that was Christ.

I’ve read all the Left Behind books by Dr Time Le Heye and Jerry Jenkins, and my Bible. They pretty much go hand and hand even though the Left Behind Books are fiction, they are Bible based. Babies will be Raptured along with the Saved as they are innocents. Even the Unborn will be. Many will die unbaptized after the Rapture during the Tribulation 7 year period as there is no time to do so for many of them.

The probably mark of the beast will be a RFID chip embedded very easily under the skin. And if you think you will feel it think again. I had my Morkie chipped and you can’t feel it because it is deep under and is no bigger than a small grain of rice.

Your cell phone already has a tracking device embedded in it and you think noting of that technology as it was sold as a life saving device in case you were kidnapped or in an accident and could not access your phone. Your cars have tracking devices now a days. Some car ins companies want you to install a device that shows your safe driving habits...that is a ruse of a tracking device. Wealthy people are having their children CHIPPED in case of kidnapping these days.

I felt strongly enough about my soul and belief in my Savior that I had a cross Tat done at the advanced age of 65 on my shoulder. I wanted it known I was a committed Christian.

"This implies pre-mortal existence or reincarnation."

Pre-human spiritual existence - yes.

Reincarnation - no.

Each soul is required to go thru the flesh but once. The fallen angels broke that rule and are already condemned to death of the soul at judgment day.

What do you make of God knowing Jeremiah before He placed him in the womb?

God exists outside time and space, which He created. He knows everyone before they are in the womb, this does not mean they had a spiritual existence before they were born. That is a Mormon belief.
