If a dog was not under positive control, then it shouldnt be used in law enforcement. If the dog was under positive control, then the officer shouldnt be employed in law enforcement.
If he cant tell the difference, he shouldnt venture too far from parking enforcement.
Agreed.

The dog has been taken off of street duty and reassigned to a desk job until a thorough investigation of the matter can be completed.

So you accept the accomplices’ statements as bonafide fact? That’s interesting.

Sadly, you are probably correct (dead by 18). And most likely at the hands of his “peers.” Sigh.

No, I’m accepting the description of his arm as “mangled” and the required 3 days in the hospital as fact.
Is it still interesting?
To: RFEngineer
Your post #15 was excellent.
I suppose the officers were in fear of - whatever...

While my comment sort of fit, it was actually intended for someone else on another thead. Hence my follow-up post.
Again, sorry.

The little punk is lucky he doesn’t live in a country that would chop off that arm for such crimes. Or chop it off neck high. The lesson here is don’t steal, kiddo. Learn it.
