About 5 years would be the maximum that she would spend for these charges. When she turns 18 she gets a clean slate.
I really doubt that a jury of her peers would allow a conviction anyway, regardless of evidence or brutality of the crime.
I’d have shot her myself.
That was the flash emotion that went through my head as well - I’d hate to think what would have happened if I were there and armed.
I always carry where I can. If it had been my child or grandchild, I’d have ended that feline thug right there. Probably the dancing fool, too.
Yes, it would have been the right thing to do -
but then the shooter/defender would have been lynched by the media, the community, the race baiters, etc.
Better just to avoid “more than three” situations.
I went on to the next playground this weekend by making that choice.

They are talking of charging her as an adult. Wouldn't that allow for a longer sentence? Of course, it won't be considered a hate crime. Supposedly the attacker had been "dissed". That makes it OK, right? No? RACIST!!!

The story says the kid was a 3 year old boy.
To me, a three year old IS a baby. I saw the picture of his split head and there is nothing there about the age or anything else that would change my mind. I read it all, watched the video and saw the boy’s picture. Facts are there, I saw them.
