FULL TITLE: Josh Duggar 'facing civil suit from molestation victim' forcing family to reveal scandal secrets under oath and name who knew what when about offenses
Josh Duggar and his family may be heading to court as a victim of his molestation is reportedly planning to file a civil suit.
InTouch reports that the individual is a non-Duggar victim, and according to a law enforcement insider is not happy with the way the family presented the scandal to the media after it was revealed what Josh had done to minor girls as a teenager.
'I have heard that the [non-family] victim is preparing to sue,' said the insider.
'This whole sordid affair with Josh rattled a lot of people, including the victim, who had to relive this nightmare all over again all while watching Josh's parents go on TV and whitewash what happened.'

The girl filing the suit is the non sibling who is a family member. Still though I think her family is of the Gothard teaching which states “blame the victim”. Looks like that girl saw the light.
You are correct about the other girls though when they become mothers, some of which already have. As for sleepovers with Aunt Anna and Uncle Josh, if it were me they would not even come over. I mean really? He did this in the dead of night when everyone was asleep, including the girls and you think he would not do that again? All he has to do is wait till everyone is asleep and attack. If hey had/have any sense about them Uncle Josh will be no where near their children.
If for any reason they have to go over the main house and he’s there, I’d NEVER leave the kids around him. Period. Hopefully the “babysitter’s” family or the girl herself wasn’t pressured to not say anything. To have people around her, esp her own family not caring is HORRIBLE.
If I were Anna I’d know what I would do. What a tragic (for the kids, Anna “knew”) situation. Tragic for the sisters, and now it’s out for media fodder at the victim’s expense. Mom/Pop and media, non-caring about the victims.
At family gatherings, Josh Duggar must be watched at every moment. He must never be left in a room with a young child, not even for five minutes.
These men NEVER change.
