To me the most amazing part of this decision is the fine. The fact that someone can be denied their livelihood and deprived of assets for simply refusing a service readily available elsewhere just floors me! Can I now sue my local grocery chain for not carrying my favorite mustard based barbecue sauce, especially if I went in the store earlier and confirmed they didn’t carry it but did carry multiple tomato based brands? This harsh and heavily prejudiced ruling is meant to destroy opposition to the gay agenda. Look for it to be applied to churches next as my home church has already been approached and denied a gay wedding on doctrine grounds. If the people of Oregon don’t change or at least put reasonable limits on fines, Oregon is lost.

“Can I now sue my local grocery chain for not carrying my favorite mustard based barbecue sauce...”

You can if you’re gay and they don’t carry it because they object to it on religious grounds.

Yes if the store told you they refused to sell it to you because you are homosexual or a woman or old or handicapped or any other protected class.

I wondered about that, too. Isn't there a constitutional guarantee of "reasonable bail"?

Hell, these people were fined WAY out of proportion to any "crime" they might have committed.

$135,000? Isn't that about right for bail on a big-time felony?

It is becoming obvious that homosexuals are pulling many tricks like this to entrap Christians. Here are a few tricks that I have heard about:

1) A Catholic adoption service was shut down by two lesbians in Massachusetts a couple of days after same sex marriage was passed. This was obviously planned before the same sex law was passed. Did the lesbians try another non-religious adoption services first? No doubt they went right for the Catholic agency because they were targeted for their religious beliefs. If a detective can prove that the lesbians passed over other adoption services and targeted the Catholic adoption service, that is religious targeting. THAT IS RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION.

2) A Catholic school was set upon by two lesbians who put a small child in that school. When the school learned that they were lesbians, the school had the child removed. The lesbians tried to start trouble by going to a local newspaper to cause problems for the Catholic school. The should have known that the Catholic school would not accept them and probably new it but they went to the school to force their will upon them.

3) Various bakeries, florist shops and other businesses that deal with weddings have had homosexuals come into their businesses asking if they do same sex marriage. The invariable seem to find the Christian business first time out because they always take them to court. Is it that they just happened to get lucky and find that Christian shop first time at bat or did they go to other shops first overlooking shops that agreed to do business with them? Were they “Christian shopping”? Passing up other shops who agreed to do work for them just so that they could religiously persecute the Christian shop owners? THIS IS RELIGOUS DISCRIMINATION AND PERSECUTION!

4) The Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Boston has been gutted and destroyed because of the strong arm tactics used by the homosexuals over the years. The gays are allowed to have their parade even though they do outrageous and illegal things in open air but the Irish cannot have their parade in honor of their patron saint. This too is discrimination and is the homosexuals had not gone before their cherry-picked liberal judges they would not have been allowed to disrespect the religious values of the Catholic people of Boston. If you want to see what the pathetic St. Patrick’s Day Parade looks like today go on to www.massresistance.com.
