Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) says the 1st Amendments religious liberty protections dont apply to individuals. On MSNBC last week, Wisconsins junior Senator claimed that the Constitutions protection of the free exercise of religion extends only to religious institutions, and that individuals do not have a right to the free exercise of their own religion.
During the MSNBC appearance, which was covered by Breitbart and NewsBusters, Baldwin appeared clueless to the fact that the free exercise clause of the 1st Amendment has already been found to apply to individuals not just churches, synagogues, mosques or other institutions of faith and worship.

LMAO...no $hit....
Church buildings. “They” have more rights than people according to Tammy.
Does Tammy know what country she’s a Senator for? Perhaps she travels a lot to communist countries and got confused?
No... she’s just another example of the left that hates God, America, and anyone who doesn’t think likewise. How the he’ll do these people get elected?!
The Crazies are on a Roll twisting the Constitution around themselves and destroying it at the same time
“...and that individuals do not have a right to the free exercise of their own religion.”
So when do the burkas and the veils hit the bonfire?
Breitbart and Drudge are pretty good at covering issues like this. If a Republican politician took on Tammy Baldwin over this, I’m pretty sure I’d hear about it on one of those sites. And if not there, it would get picked up at Instapundit or here.
Stupid liberal dyke.
Go back to school, Baldwin. This time.. pay attention.
Don’t blame the voters who elected her, most of them have been dead for decades.
Wrong. This is a person elected to represent the moochers and looters against the rest of us.
I paraphrase: “Tammy, you ignorant slut.”
Remember years ago when Rush would play something stupid that Jocelyn Elders said (i.e. anything she said), and Rush’s head would be in that little bubble in the corner making “Huh?” and “What?” faces?
That’s what I’m channeling right now.
Remember six degrees of Kevin Bacon?
It’s now six degrees of butt-sore homos.
I wonder if this has anything to do with homosexuals....You may be on to something.
Tammy Suzanne Green Baldwin (born February 11, 1962) is the junior United States Senator from Wisconsin and a member of theDemocratic Party. She previously served as the U.S. Representative from Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district from 1999 to 2013, as well as serving three terms in the Wisconsin Assembly representing the 78th district.Baldwin defeated her Republican opponent, former Wisconsin governor Tommy Thompson, in the 2012 U.S. Senate election. She is the first woman elected to represent Wisconsin in the Senate and the first openly gay U.S. Senator in history. As of 2012, Baldwin's voting record makes her one of the most liberal members of Congress.[1]
That would eliminate 90% of current candidates, though that might be a good thing.
Baldwin needs a date with a rope and a lamp post.
Yep, what better way to stifle and penalize “hate speech” then to say you don’t have the right to say it.
Considering this is coming on the heels the recent SCOTUS ruling, yes it would be a logical next step for the homonazis
Include a drug test, also.
She was born in Madison and:
“Baldwin was the first openly lesbian member of the Wisconsin Assembly and one of a very few openly gay politicians in the country at the time. ...”

It is reflected everywhere one looks on the political spectrum--from the oratorical collapse from Webster, Clay & Calhoun, to the thirty second-sound bite; to the insane demands for more & more bureaucratic intrusions into daily decision making; to the confusion of purpose over the Southern border; to the loss of perception for any multi-generational purpose.
