I hope the other rep candidates start talking this tough about the illegal alien problem. Trump is a good talker, but politically just another Chris Christy bully. He’s a phony conservative like Meatball Nation in SF.
You really think yelling a lot and doing the same a Jeb- is a good solution?
“The above trump quote is inflammatory and totally unnecessary. “
Maybe you’d like to preach this to the illegals who gasoline bombed my office late one night - while I was working there - and could have killed me. Or to another group who broke into my storage shed. Or the one who threw a soda at my windshield as he sauntered across the road. Or to the ones who hang out down at Home Depot. Or the one who drives our neighborhood stealing tools.
They are on the news every night here in Vegas, drunk driving, killing people.
So peddle this crap to someone who doesn’t know what’s going on.
Bend over!!
Sorry, meant for person above you.
Trump has somehow convinced you that he will get rid of all the illegals. Although he has never said anything remotely close.
He's a hell of a snake oil salesman, I'll give him credit for that.
I know you’re being paid of by Taco Bell to deny the overwhelming consensus of Crime Stat scientists.
Why not use FBI Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) or FBI National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) where detailed crime stats are kept.. ans: the Federal Government does not keep tract of crimes by ILLEGAL aliens.. according to this (below).
I wanted to use federal data and include ILLEGAL alien crime but as a very informative study (Effects of Illegal Immigration Upon Crime In the United States) pointed out
"[T]he United States government does not readily keep statistics with regard to crimes committed by illegal immigrants. . . there exists a legal obligation [on federal agencies] . . . to report accurately [; e.g.,] the Office of Immigration Statistics, the Bureau of Justice Statistics, and the Government Accountability Office . . . the agencies [provide] raw statistical data with regard to incarcerations, criminal removals (deportations) and arrest information involving illegal immigrants [but as for data on] nationwide criminal prosecutions and convictions of illegal immigrants . . . no such information is kept and reported by the government . . . [in fact illegal alien crimes regularly result in] the criminal removal process rather than prosecuted with the intent to incarcerate them.
However the study did find that information about removal in lieu of prosecution and incarceration of illegal aliens can be seen in the
These provide raw statistical data because the statistics are broken down between criminal removals and non-criminal removals. Example: Table 41. ALIENS REMOVED BY CRIMINAL STATUS AND REGION AND COUNTRY OF NATIONALITY: FISCAL YEARS 2003 TO 2012
Total | Criminal | Non- Criminal |
|
---|---|---|---|
2003 | 211,098 | 83,731 | 127,367 |
2004 | 240,665 | 92,380 | 148,285 |
2005 | 246,431 | 92,221 | 154,210 |
2006 | 280,974 | 98,490 | 182,484 |
2007 | 319,382 | 102,394 | 216,988 |
2008 | 359,795 | 105,266 | 254,529 |
2009 | 391,932 | 131,837 | 260,095 |
2010 | 383,031 | 169,656 | 213,375 |
2011 | 388,409 | 188,964 | 199,445 |
2012 | 419,384 | 199,445 | 219,939 |
2013 | 438,421 | 198,394 | 240,027 |
Data for years 2003 through 2012 were obtained from Table 41. ALIENS REMOVED BY CRIMINAL STATUS AND REGION AND COUNTRY OF NATIONALITY: FISCAL YEARS 2003 TO 2012
The source for 2013 is provided here along with other federal crime statistics
Seems to me that those figures deserve at least a footnote on the graph.
Reading comprehension isn’t your thing, is it?
What, in anything I’ve ever written, would make you think I would support Jeb’s policy?
My solution different from most I’ve read.
If the “War on Drugs” has taught us anything, it’s that if there’s a demand, someone will supply it. It’s the very basis for free market economics.
In the drug war, the law enforcement entities keep going after the highest level of dealer they can find. That’s where they get these multi-ton drug busts.
But the drugs keep flowing, because within minutes of one dealer getting busted, a dozen more try to step in to take his/her place.
You’re right about dropping the incentives. Do you mean ALL of the incentives? I mean not only the government aid and benefits the illegal immigrants take, but also come down HARD on those who employ these people. The demand for cheap, non-skilled labor is what is bringing the illegals here. IF nobody gives them jobs, then they won’t come.
There are a host of costly labor laws and regulations. Those laws are irrelevant for illegal labor. If you make them legal, they immediately become unemployed. Making the illegals legal, as Bush, et. al. want to do only serves to make another class of permanent welfare recipients. Then another batch of illegals will need to be imported to fill the newly opened illegal jobs.
Okay, I agree with you then. I think that is the right solution.
So you think Trump was talking about Mexican Americans like the OP was crying about? And yes Trump is a liberal, but until the so-called conservatives start opening their mouths and saying what he is saying, I’m not going to complain. Someone has to defeat the UniParty. Someone has to shine a light under their rock. I am all for watching them scurry off, never to be seen again. They can take Trump with them.
But right now he is the only one who is talking about this and getting any media attention. So unlike you, I say let him talk and all the crybabies can go back to their favorite uniparty RINOs and tell them that the American people have caught on to their lies. No Mexican Americans were targeted by Trump’s speech, unless they self identify as murderous theives.
There is your first problem, you trust a liberal. You are pattiug him on the back and he is stabbing you in the back.
Someone has to defeat the UniParty.
He's part of it.
But right now he is the only one who is talking about this and getting any media attention.
Trump is getting attention, the issue isn't. And his words are bringing amnesty closer.
I guess you never heard the story about the Scorpion and the frog?
Most Hispanic Americans, I have met in California for 4+ decades are hard working, family oriented and decent/good people.
So, when I read or see on tv about bad Hispanics committing bad/evil and horrible crimes, my first reaction is:
Illegal Hispanic are probably the criminals.
An example is below. What are the odds this evil bastard is an illegal?
I don’t trust him. I don’t trust any of them. I trust God. Trump may well be part of the Uniparty, but as long as he keeps exposing the ones pretending to be conservatives, it does not matter to me.
You go on every Trump thread agitated as if you’ve discovered some great secret that we’ve all missed. No we haven’t all missed it. But we also know the truth needs to get out and we’re glad to finally see it happen. It doesn’t mean we’re voting for Trump. It doesn’t mean we think he is the savior. That is Jesus Christ our Lord.
So untwist your knickers. Neither you nor I are the ones in control. God is still in control. For that I am exceedingly grateful.
Neither you nor I are the ones in control. God is still in control. For that I am exceedingly grateful.
Do you say that to all the people who criticize Obama?
I didn’t see you criticizing Obama at all. But I usually reserve the pearls for the ones who seem to have forgotten God exists — R or D, Obama or Trump, lib or conservative.
Something is coming. Few will be able to stand. Only those who place their trust in God will be able to bear up under it. Start now. Get to know the Lord and put your faith in Him. Or you will certainly be living in a fool’s Hell.
