Costs for Medicaid are shared by the Fed and the states. They (Feds) knew going in this ACA was just a ploy to try and bankrupt states and diminish Medicaid delivery.

What they’re hoping for is fiscal chaos that will cause a clamor for the Fed to take over the whole damn mess. National Health Care and massive tax increases.

ANYTHING OBAMA SAYS is worthless.
Watch what he does, and not what he says.
The ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF wants ~ and is DIRECTING the policies that regulate ALL health care plans
in the United States ~ TO FAIL !
NEVER FORGET THAT !

Many of us have said for many years that Obama is doing this INTENTIONALLY.
He using the old Soviet Plan from 1934 or earlier.

Only idiots and the evil voted for Obama, or ANY of the Democrats.
AND NOW, WE CAN ADD "Establishment Republicans" TO THAT LIST, ALSO!
They've lied to us, constantly, and really are "Collapsing the System".
And now, these "Useful IDIOTS" who voted for them, are buying the lies that "Obamacare was designed to work." ?
It was designed to fail from the start.
THEN ... THEY GO TO THE "SINGLE-PAYER SYSTEM". They've been sucking our wallets dry for over four years now on the "Obamacare" LIE.
AND NOW THEY WANT MORE TAXES ?
Our Founding Fathers would have hung them already!

Lets review:

Who was it that expanded Medicare and Medicaid to cover many, many more people than it was originally designed to cover?

So Democrats,
Sen Mark Kirk's statement Thursday, Dec 1, 2011 ... It's not our fault that DEMOCRATS raided the Social Security Trust Fund.
Let's remember ...

Don’t worry, we have a Central Bank and the world’s reserve currency. Our government can print all the money it wants, suppress interest rates, monetize debt - all to keep government social engineering schemes running. And the world has to take it.

Luckily our governor, Mary Fallin, declined the federal “help” because she saw that it leads directly to uncontrolled burdens on the states that accepted. Could not every state see that coming???

I worry about asset forfeiture if forced into Medicaid. The latest article I can find is from April 2015, saying states were thinking about changing payment recovery laws and practices. Taking people’s ability to purchase a health insurance plan that works for them and then forcing them into Medicaid instead to steal their life’s work is execrable.

Where did all the extra signups come from? California had more than 3 times the estimate and Illinois had double the signup for expanded Medicaid. It would seem to me they would have to be unmarried part time workers of various ages. If they make under $16K and change, they are eligible for Medicaid. It would be to the advantage of couples that work part time to shack up and not get married.
