Once again...she was arrested for not putting a cigarette out...the cop was a power tripping asshole and has been taken off the road for failure to follow DPS policy.

They were BOTH wrong...and yes Bland hung herself....that’s on her...not the officer.
No excuse for showing up at his house...that is a terroristic threat.
The issue here is that you cant admit the cop was an asshole in the first place...so you try and cover that by wrapping this into a nice tidy little ball.
She was arrested for kicking him. He never ordered her to put out the cigarette. He asked her to then proceeded to get her out of her car before giving her the warning.
You didn't even get your first statement right. I have no need or desire to discuss any of this with you, because you don't even know the most basic fact of this case, and I am not even going to bother to correct you, because it would go right over your empty head.
