The issue here is that you cant admit the cop was an asshole in the first place...so you try and cover that by wrapping this into a nice tidy little ball.
She was mentally unstable and, due to her actions, she ended up in jail where her instability manifested itself as suicide.
No one guilty here but Sandra Bland.
