Everything these days in on video you can’t even steal in peace.
are we to understand that guy in the first pic carrying the bag is the worker and he just left it next to the car?
then a van pulls up and grabs it?
the guy in the van, if he had no relationship with the first guy, isn't committing a crime. the bag is on the curb like garbage... which is free to be picked up by anyone
of course, i'd bet they know each other.
