A deal is being as we speak. She serves no time. In return she never runs for public office again.
Being made...
Ahem.
I’d be somewhat pleased with that!
We have a winner. That “deal” will never be made public. What will happen is the inquiry will be dropped and by agreement she will just leave the race IMO. All further investigation of the server and the info including whether it affected the Foundation will never see the light of day again.
After all, when it comes to the Clintons, money trumps all.
If that does not work, his excellency will pardon her in return for her dropping out of the race AND never mentioning anything of which he was responsible.
So, while she should be in jail, she will retire from politics, at least from running, to the peaceful life always free to say she was driven out of running by some male right wing conspirators he were out to get her.
BS, YOU ARE BASING THIS ON WHAT ? She was involved in corruption far worse (foster investigation) Also who is going to prosecute ? The justice dept? HA
The players with something to worry about....are the five or six support people that Hillary had at the State Department. They will face charges and probably get some convictions. Whoever approved the server for use....needs to appear in front of some judge....but I doubt if Hillary was this smart....it’s probably her chief of staff.
I would say this....if Hillary were to win in November of 2016...she would have an enormous amount of problems with record keeping and probably face impeachment within two years because of her continued conduct.
I don't believe HRC ever will drop out of the race for the nomination. I believe also that the recent quiet that surrounds the HRC servergate investigation in on account of the FBI’s telling leakers to “zip it”. The investigation and HRC’s campaign both will chug along. Before the Democratic convention, HRC will be charged with at least one misdemeanor. Many Dems will urge her to drop out, but she will refuse. It'll be a close race among HRC, Sanders, and Biden. What I can't predict is whom the Dems would prefer if HRC is under indictment.
