An “A-Team” at the FBI is spearheading an “extremely serious” investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email system, specifically focusing on a provision of the Espionage Act regarding the “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information,” according to an anonymous intelligence source.
The specific provision in question is 18 USC Sec. 793.
Fox News reported:
A separate source, who also was not authorized to speak on the record, said the FBI will further determine whether Clinton should have known, based on the quality and detail of the material, that emails passing through her server contained classified information regardless of the markings. … It is not clear how the FBI team’s findings will impact the probe itself. But the details offer a window into what investigators are looking for–as the Clinton campaign itself downplays the controversy.
While Clinton has repeatedly said she did not send or receive information marked as classified on her personal email, multiple messages held on her system have been flagged for containing classified information. Moreover, two of the emails have been determined by the inspector of the intelligence community to hold “top secret” information.
According to national security attorney Edward MacMahon, Jr., a violation of said provision of the Espionage Act would constitute a felony.

I see how they used the word "felon" in the story, and I just imagine Bill, with his sense of humor, going over to Hilary if they even if he is spending time together saying "Ooh, Hillary, Felony" like it was said in a scary way but she just laughs it off as if its just too funny

When an organization like the FBI has to tell us they’re engaged in an ‘extremely serious’ investigation, that means the wool is being pulled over our eyes.
Where’s Martha Stewart? General Petraeus? They should be up in arms that Hillary, Corzine, and Lerner are walking free.
I strongly suspect that the only reason to “investigate” Hillary is so they can announce that she has been totally cleared of any wrongdoing before the election.

Apparently not enough to say the FBI is investigating, but that it is, in fact, the A Team. Can this possibly be preparation for when they exonerate her? They can say, “Well,
an A Team investigated, don’t ya know”?
Also, the repetition in every article that they want to discover if “she should have known the material was classified”.
If you don’t know these things when you have risen to the level of Secretary of State, when will you know? Who does know? Only G-d?

Bailing out of the run for nomination for the office of President of the United States, might be the best course possible for Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless.
If the FBI investigation continues after that point, Herself could avoid prosecution by claiming to be old and quite ill, with bouts of mounting dementia.
Herself then manages to get into at least SOME history books, without the stain of a criminal conviction. But there shall always be an asterisk (*) after any mention of Herself.
After all, who remembers Adlai Stevenson?
Is this the same FBI ‘A-Team’ that “investigated” Benghazi, Faast and Furious, the VA scandal, the IRS scandal?
