Basically, yes. Upgrades (even though commericals claim the upgrades were done years ago.....they get by with that by updating a very small area) ;^)
Man, I hope they do some up here where I work, 20 miles north of there, we only get 3G and that’s in the afternoon, it’s not that good during the day. Oh, that’s only this end of the building, the rest of it is fine.
