OK folks, the CBS nightly news tonight said that the office in Kentucky that declined to issue marriage licenses to gays will be open tomorrow morning.
And they said that it will issue licenses with Kim Davis's name/signature PRE-PRINTED ON THEM!!!
As far as I know, this is FORGERY!
And all involved have committed conspiracy to commit forgery!
I'm not sure it's legal in this case, because she explicitly refuses to give consent, but what is law nowadays?
This is 1984 combined with "Brave new world."

Correct. And the Judge who issued the order to take Davis into custody stated that those who receive marriage licenses w/o Kim Davis authorizing her staff to issues them are taking their chances as to whether or not those marriage licenses are in fact, legal.
That's a point that seems to be lost by many on here and it suggests that the legal battle here is far from over.
Listen carefully to how this is described on the video below. Megyn says that Kim Davis was offered the opportunity to have her deputies issue the licenses (with Kim Davis’ signature), but Kim Davis refused.
It could be that this development happened since the evening news OR it could be something that needs to be answered.

You used that stamp with your boss’ knowledge and consent. Using Mrs Davis stamp without her consent, in fact against her wishes is fraud. Felony fraud.
I don't believe it would be forgery but I do believe they would be invalid.
When I worked for the government as a contractor I was also told when I could or could not use signature stamps or pre-signed forms.
In both cases it was made crystal clear that using either without authorization would result in my getting a lovely orange jumpsuit with tasteful stainless steel accessories.
I was very careful.

And it is most important to state something else.
Any gay couple who gets a “license” that is issued this way IS COMPLICIT!

You are correct. If she didn't authorize the use of her signature then it would be fraud.
As others have also stated, there are always clear instructions on what that stamped signature is to be used for.

Any one of the Founding Fathers would have backhanded the teeth out of judge Bunning's lying face.
The deputy clerks should just put up a sign on the door saying “Any documents issued with a facsimile of the Clerk’s signature without the Clerk’s express permission should not be considered valid”
And have business cards made up with that same statement that are stapled to any documents stamped with her signature.
The judge opened this particular can of worms, even acknowleging that the risk of invalidity existed.
My recollection is that celebrants can’t perform a marriage without a valid license. Which means that whoever performs the ceremony for them will be open to legal charges as well.
