(May 30, 2015) Why Do McConnell and Boehner Act Like They Have a Denny Hastert Problem?

Everyone is innocent until proven guity, blah blah blah blah blah. Now, having gotten that obligatory sentence out of the way, if Denny Hastert is guilty of molesting a young boy, that's simply terrible. But the question that interests me is a different one: why do Mitch McConnell and John Boehner seem to be acting like they might also be blackmailed?

If you think I'm crazy, consider these facts. Boehner and/or McConnell have given into Obama on all of the following:

1) 100% of his budget requests.

2) Fully funding Obamacare without any restraints

3) Fully funding Obama's illegal amnesty without any restraints

4) Raised the debt ceilings repeatedly without any restraints

5) Effectively given away their treaty deciding powers.

6) Refused to set up select committees to investigate the abuse of powers of this administration.

Their actions are not the ones of leaders of an opposing political party, unless those leaders are somehow under the thumb of Obama. Which leads to thoughts of blackmail.

And I'm not the only one who thinks so:

Matt Drudge thinks Boehner is being blackmailed based on NSA data about an alleged affair. Furthermore Mark Levin implied the reason Boehner is not investigating Benghazi is because he, Mark Levin, also believes Boehner is being blackmailed.

Truthfully, if they are being blackmailed, we wouldn't know exactly why. But still, from now on every time I see John Boehner cry, I will have to wonder if he is doing so because of what he might have done to young boys.

What do you think? Do you think their behavior might be explained by blackmail? All things being equal, which do you think is more likely, 1.a) that Boehner and McConnell have been fighting Obama's policies all they can, or in any substantial degree, for that matter,

or 1.b) that Boehner and McConnell have a thing for young boys

When Hastert had a problem he appointed Shimkus to handle the cover up. Shimkus hired Davis to do the dirty work.

So when Miss America ran against Davis, why do you think the establishment went full blast for Davis when they both wanted the open seat?

Most of official Washington is probably dirty (along with many of the worker bees), so I think that has brought us to this point. That, and the fact that we have an administration with no boundaries and that has an MO of digging up dirt on their political opponents, even when that info is supposed to be off limits. VJ has been a very busy girl, I'm sure.

They don’t have to be blackmailed if what a lot of people have known for decades,it’s one big happy country club down there,it’s an act,they are all living cushy jobs with vacations galore,fat expense accounts,free travel,celebrity,retirements private citizens pay for but can only dream of.
Sure there are always the designated watchdogs who put on the good show,but it’s always a vote or two short of making real change,oh well we will keep fighting for you folks,just vote for me!
Couple that with massive ignorance on the part of millions,others desperate to survive and the powers that be intent on providing plenty more of them to be dependent on the Government you can see if you care to take the time to study,that is the way the incremental strategy was and is working to its ultimate conclusion the destruction of our Liberty and Freedom
